This office was the best office I’ve attended. I was helped in more ways than I could’ve even asked for. The staff is amazingly kind and extremely welcoming. Everyone was also very discreet with all information. The doctor was very informed and gave me information none other has thus far. This experience is one I will definitely be recommending to everyone I possibly can.
This is the best clinic in Gainesville and it’s the same price as all the others, do yourself a favor and save yourself trouble by going to Releaf Clinic.
I previously had DocMJ and they are impossible to get ahold of if you need help, whereas with Releaf Clinic, you call them, the office picks up, and they are more than willing to assist in meeting your needs.
Lastly Tracy is awesome, makes you feel welcome, and even though it was a little busy, she made sure that everyone felt they were being taken care of.
The Intake Specialist was helpful, very patient, she spoke clearly, was knowledgeable and kind. I am only taking off one star due to the initial fee that we are required to pay out-of-pocket. Other than that, overall I was very pleased with the reliability. Our conversation was joyful as she took her time to ensure that I understood everything in the process.
