Great instructors and great environment. Can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’m a 47 year old beginner in Jiu Jitsu and this team has welcomed me in and helped comfort me in my awkwardness of starting so late in life.
I came in as a complete newbie and the instructors there were very patient and good at communicating to increase my learning. 5/5 would recommend! Don’t be scared, very good people at The Forge!
Hands down one the best BJJ facilities in town. The instructors are knowledgeable and really care about their students success. I've been training here since they opened and can say that the people here are friendly welcoming and love to roll.
