Rhonda is so nice! The screw fell out of my sunglasses and I was able to bring them in and get them repaired really quickly! I’ve gotten all my glasses from here for the last six years and I love their customer service and frames.

Update: I sat on my glasses any bent them out to shape and Emily was super nice and helped fix them for me!

We just moved to Gainesville and I had put off getting new glasses for 6 months. I googled for places to get eyeglasses and Target popped up. I've been a Target fan for years, but honestly didn't know they had an optical shop. The reviews were amazing, so figured I'd give them a try. The reviews were spot on! I was lucky enough to have both Rhonda and Amanda assisting me. They were so great! Offered honest opinions and guidance, which was much appreciated! I left happy and satisfied. Can't wait to get my new specs! Thank you, ladies!

Amanda was extremely kind, patient and helpful. It was my first time using target optical for glasses & contacts and she was extremely knowledgeable in showing me how to get the best out of my insurance and also the offers available.
