My family was in need of a roof replacement and called August 15th after hours and left a message and was called back first thing the next morning and got an appointment for Monday the 19th at 1pm... Our salesman was Stephen and he arrived early and was very friendly and talked about our options of how to get the roof for cheaper through the insurance. He even did a conference call with the homeowner (my mom) about the estimate and what it all included and the paths we can take to pay for it. I had an issue with a potential leak in my roof, and Jordan was able to come out and inspect my roof quickly and punctually. He was very thorough and honest with his inspection, and even took the time to clearly explain the roof issues. I would strongly recommend Jordan and Tadlock Roofing to anyone that is having any issues with their roof. Honest, punctual, and an all around great experience!
