I was very disappointed with my visit. I use gel polish on my nails to prevent them from cracking and splitting. When the manicurist took off the old polish seh was in too big a hurry to wait for it to soak off and used her Dremel file to take the polish off. She burned me by filing the nails almost into the quick. I explained that these were my natural nails, but she did not care. She asked if I'd like them trimmed and I said a little please.
