It's not just a pedi and a nail fill, although those are always excellent. It's seeing a successful family run and staffed small business. It's the visit and conversation with Swan, her Sister, and her Mother. Apologies, I don't remember their names. It's a comfortable, friendly experience that I always enjoy.

I have been other salons and 15 years ago, I tried Swan’s. I been going ever since. You feel special, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, prices are fair, and results are excellent. I plan to continue going there for the rest of my days.

I got to the salon first thing in the morning, and all the ladies were so sweet. As I was getting my nails done another tech was having a conversation with, I'm assuming, a frequently returning customer. They were discussing different things about her life, smiling and laughing. It felt like a very friendly and happy environment; I can't wait to go back.
