I called Tap because my computer wasn't recognizing any WIFI modems around. This is a big deal because I work online. Tap told me to get a USB Wireless Adapter from the store and lo and behold, my computer can connect to WIFI modems again. Tap didn't charge me a dime, did not waste my time, and was sympathetic to my problem from the very start. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone having computer issues. Thank you, Tap!
