Dr. Konda and his team are world class. He has a friendly bedside manner, his surgery style is competent and professional. Sailesh has preformed surgery on me before, each time he is methodical, conscience of closing and how it will look when healed. His staff is top drawer. Good folks as well as highly skilled in all stages of the process. I sure am glad he is my doctor, I think that he has my best intentions in mind, he has my back. Even though I dread the procedure I feel a great confidence in him as I do his staff. He is a nice guy
