I have been buying and selling homes all over the country everytime I move with the military for 20 years. Michelle is the #1 realtor I have ever worked with. I discovered her website while still out of state. Our first conversation went about an hour. Michelle really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She immidiatley set me up with custom notifications to get a sense of the market. I worked with her for months on calls to review my likes and dislikes and make updates to our list of prospects. Michelle is great! All my life I’d heard how arduous the experience of buying a home is, not with Michelle! She guided me from the first showing, to the offer, to the negotiations, inspection, repairs, loan, insurance, etc. to the point it all was seamless and closing came before I knew it. Michelle has a lot of contacts around town, and going with a local lender was helpful for expediting the process.
