Okay, so I might be the exception. Took a black blazer with a light color sleeve lining. IT was really dirty. Dropped off Thursday and it was ready on Friday after 2 pm. Look fabulous and the sleeve lining was super clean. I have used RIP'S b4 and never had a problem. Thank you for a good job on my blazer. I'm happy ?

I have been a customer for more than 20 years. I have not had any problems until recently. My dress shirts are coming back on cheap wire hangers which don't support the clothes and leave lines in the shoulders. It is awful. A staffer says the wire version are the only ones available. If so it is time to make a change in supplier. If it doesn't happen unfortunately, I'm out.

We had major damage to our home, and had to have every piece of clothing and linen washed or dry cleaned as part of the remediation. The people at Rips were fabulous! They hand-washed, dry cleaned, or bulk washed everything and did a fabulous job! Their wash-dry-fold service is the best deal in town! So grateful for their friendly service and professionalism!
