I had a bad fall in April resulting in a hospital stay and lumbar compression fracture. I couldn’t start PT till the end of May and gave them a challenge- I had our anniversary trip to Switzerland leaving early June and needed to be able to navigate airports and tolerate 14 hours on planes ( not to mention just wanting to enjoy sightseeing when we got there). I was very concerned because I was having trouble sitting in the car to get across town. Jeni, Carolina, and the whole team worked me hard but compassionately and I did my homework- they were sweetly ruthless, and it did the trick! I was very pleased at how thorough my initial evaluation was with Jeffrey and he listened intently to my issues. The plan that he instituted for me has already helped me and I'm sure the longer I keep working out the stronger I will get and the less pain I will have. Everyone is very professional that has helped me.

Dr. Penny and her team designed a treatment plan consisting of several exercises that help to strengthen the muscles surrounding my shoulder. The staff, especially Drew, Kyla, and Sean, are knowledgeable, focused, and encouraging. They ensure you're performing the exercises correctly, and then push you to your safe limits to maximize progress. They listen to your concerns and adapt the treatment plan when necessary.
