We upgraded from an older system and our new system with battery backup is awesome. PPM did a great job communicating with us during the process and has been responsive after the install. I would absolutely recommend.

Update: Great experience with PPM for a recent warranty service call on our solar setup and Powerwall 3. We ran into a few weather delays and had to wait on parts, but they stayed on top of communication the whole way through and got everything working perfectly. Appreciate the solid service and follow-through

Had a service team come out several days later and it seems we need a new Tesla battery which could take a week or two to get installed. Really? You drove over an hour to our home to look at our system and tell us we need a new battery and you don’t have one with you. It needs to be ordered. Really?? We had our system installed… read full review

PPM noticed a malfunction in a system they had installed on our commercial building. They were prompt to check it out in person and diagnose it. I do not know the solar panel lingo but whatever part wasn't working, they fixed it and it seemed for a reasonable price.
