This review is for the pharmacists! Mario and the rest of the pharmacy team are incredible!! They are the kind of people who make me believe in humanity. Obviously when my scripts are run through after a visit with the Palms Medical Group resident docs, I barely even have to wait 10 mins, which is refreshing.
However, my experience with them running a script through a specialist is what I want to speak too. My specialist, at first visit, said they 'only do prescriptions through mail order pharmacies' (which is such a crock). I asked if they could put the PMG pharmacy on record to send my medications too instead. They insisted though that all scripts go through...read full review
I've been going to PMG for almost a year, and have received only excellent service the wait time sometimes is long but the attention given to patient care is wonderful, I had a sudden health care issue was in the hospital over a week the hospital sent me home with a stack of paperwork and and the wrong medicine I had a appointment 8 am but I called an changed it for me when I got in to see Doctor McCoy she went to work she got me on the right meds by my follow up the following week I was close to being myself again 💃💃 I have never been taken care of so well PMG is the best in all of Gainesville it's a one stop shop the pharmacy the best also!
The staff is so friendly and kind here! It is so helpful that a lot of the staff are bilingual, it made my mother feel really good that her Dr. could communicate using both languages. Thank you Dr. Silfa-Cifuentes! Good luck wherever you end up!
