I had a great experience this morning at New York Nails. The customer service that I received from all (3) staff on duty was STELLAR. They offered me a bottle of water. The music choice was A+, I knew all the songs and the words. LOL. I received a pedicure and I truly felt like I was being pampered from the time I walked in the door to exiting out. The smile that greeted me as I entered felt very welcoming and appreciative. I came in with old acrylic on both of my big toes and the one next to it, and staff patiently removed it. Lastly, I came in with GEL press on nails that I wanted my toes to match. The first color I picked out turned out to not be the matching color...read full review

This review is personal. This is the only nail shop that I have been to that I feel genuinely welcomed. If you want service and to be treated like an equal human being, go to New York Nails!

When it comes to a relaxing and luxurious nail salon experience, New York Nails takes the cake. my preferred nail technician, has an eye for detail and always provides impeccable service. The dipping powder nails I got here were flawless and lasted for weeks. The salon's tranquil ambiance and skilled staff make it a true haven for nail enthusiasts.
