John took care of me last minute after I was let down by another detailer prior to a military car turn in. I called around 1pm and John came by before 1:30 to tell if it would pass inspection. He could tell it wouldn't and immediately offered to fix the other detailer's mistakes, even offering to assist the original detailer for free to make it right (the first detailer turned down his offer). He did a fantastic job and I can't thank him and his team enough. You've got customers for life!
