However, others praised the durability of their nails, noting that their gel manicures lasted for weeks without chipping. The salon also values customer satisfaction, as demonstrated by the owners’ efforts to address a customer concern. With reasonable prices and relaxing treatments, including massage chairs, Lovely Nails continues to be a favored choice for nail care in Gainesville. Overall, it is highly recommended for anyone seeking a quality nail service.
DissatisfiedNail Polish awful quality and colors outdated. I pay for dipping powder with “chrome” effect. 3 days later all chrome peel off. Then I went back and they want to blame me as my fault. They pretend they did not understand what I was talking about and they were busy, plus they want to charge me. I came back one week later Sunday. Long waiting and same excuses. Why paying over $40 for the service that doesn’t long last at all?
My girlfriend and I have only had good experiences at Lovely Nails! Quality products, great technicians, and an inviting atmosphere make this family-operated salon a great experience for mani-pedis, waxing, etc. highly recommended!
Nice people; however, this was one of worst manicures I ever had. They did my whole gel manicure while I was getting my pedicure done. The angle was terrible to do my finger nails and I had to balance several things on my lap while doing my pedicure, which took away from the experience. Additionally, 3 of my gel nails chipped in 48 hours. Gel is supposed to least a couple of weeks. If you go be sure to ask to do your manicure and pedicure separately.Services: Pedicures
