I had no idea they provided an all-inclusive service. These ladies would have washed, conditioned, and then braided my hair. I had already prepared my hair so they were able to get started. I was ready for tight braids and sitting for hours. This is not the case. They were organized, had quick fingers, and had good conversations. My braids are not tight, my hair is well-conditioned, and the style fits me perfectly. When asked how to maintain my braids, Toya happily gave me tips. I can't wait to tell my friends I have found my shop!!
