I had one dress altered there and it turned out great. I had another new dress fixed for my birthday dinner as the pearl strands popped. They fixed it and added clips so that it was easier to put on. However, it was not sewn properly. I went to put the dress on for my dinner and all the strands popped off. I was disappointed and didn't have time to get it fixed so I made the best of it. I probably will not have them do that type of work for me anymore.

I've been going to Lili for the past 5 years for all my hemming needs! Because I'm short, I get most of my pants, jackets, etc. hemmed to fit my proportions, and I always feel confident that the turnaround time for my items will be minimal and that I'll be extremely pleased. Definitely recommend!

I needed help! Raincoat zipper caught in up position and had pulled the seam into the zipper, I walked in and a young lady fixed it perfectly. Thank you, I'll be back in the future.
