I need a same day service of a Scouting USA merit badge sash…21 patches to be applied, with numerous ones to be removed first.
Lili’s agreed to do it and were very friendly about our last minute need.

Lili and her team did AMAZING work on a jacket and pants that I needed for my job. It was busy when I went but she was still able to accommodate me before they closed. Suit looked great on me and I was able to get it just in time for my work event. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The lady that answers the phone is rude , I understand that you all are busy but putting me on hold for over 10 minutes, while i listen to you tend to other people in a frustrated tone .
