The six-week project at Bivens South Building C to provide new front entries as overseen by the HOA has unfortunately stretched to six months without a clear end in sight. Communication has been inadequate, as infrequent updates have prompted concerns from residents.
This prolonged delay has significantly affected daily life—limited access has restricted opportunities for exercise and socializing, especially for seniors. Their service technician was very prompt ... actually EARLY! Such a great surprise, very unheard of these days. We would highly recommend Level Headed Properties for great customer service and work.

Don and Tom were totally amazing technicians. They were absolutely knowledgeable and professional. They are true assets to Level Headed Properties.
