KayCo did a remove/replacement of my shingle roof in Jan 2022. I was under-the-gun due to getting homeowners insurance in a timely manner and they did all they could to procure the shingle I chose and complete the installation ASAP. On the 1st day of removal/install and shingle delivery, it was discovered a shortage of shingles. The supervisor immediately made phone calls to find shingles to remedy the shortage, drove to another location (I'm 25 to 30 miles away from neighboring towns) to load the shingles into his work truck, and brought them to my home to avoid any delay in the installation process.
