I have been with Dr. Kim Kaye for almost 2 years now. She is an amazing doctor - very kind and caring, incredibly intelligent even for a doctor, and very well-versed in niche medical issues. However, she is VERY busy. She is obviously a HIGHLY desired doctor. She does not deserve for her office to have such poor reviews from people, especially for things that are out of her control. I believe that she keeps her availability open for new patients so that people with very complex, difficult to diagnose or manage conditions can access her. I’m going to echo most of what has been said here - both good and bad.Dr. K is fantastic, and everything you want in a PCP. She’s thorough, asks a ton of questions, and makes you feel heard. If I could rate this office on my experience with her alone it’d be a 5/5, easily. The doctor in charge of bloodwork also was great - super nice and communicative on everything that was happening.Unfortunately when you take into account the other important factors you need to consider with a PCP like the ease of getting a script filled, having voice mails listened and responded to, and having results/referrals be properly communicated, things go down hill.My first script I ever...read full review
Haile Medical Group is amazing! Kimberly is such a well-rounded doctor who treats patients accurately and quickly. You can tell that the staff and doctors truly care about their patients, which is so hard to find these days. In fact, I drove 4 hours just to go to this office. Jennifer, their referrals manager, is great about keeping in touch and making sure your appointment gets made. As I said, I don’t even live near the office but they know my name and my history every time I call to speak to them. I cannot praise this medical group enough!
