Booked and confirmed for my college son's house in Gainesville. The day before the scheduled cleaning I drove three hours to be there for the 8:30 am appointment (and booked a hotel room). It is 11:40 am and I've called and texted them several times with no response. I would give no stars if possible. Very unprofessional.
