I came in with 3 day old Birkenstock clogs that I dropped shrimp juice on one hour after buying them. I got the stain out myself but went it because of rough they were looking after I scrubbed them (totally unaware of how to take care of suede) The guy in the store clean them up, got rid of the matted look and even sprayed them with protector in a matter of a few minutes. I only went in looking for product recommendations and he took care of them for me. Highly recommend stopping in with your shoe concerns.
