Gainesville Turnover Specialists (GTS) is a property maintenance company that offers a variety of services, including cleaning, painting, repairs, and handyman work. Customers have praised GTS for their high standards in cleaning, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, and janitorial services. The company is known for its professionalism, from the first phone call to the completion of projects.
Recent reviews highlight the dedication and kindness of the staff. Angelica and Daniela provided a very difficult cleaning job for someone preparing for surgery, working hard and going beyond expectations. They left the home spotless and fresh, making it a pleasure for the customer to return home. The office staff’s professionalism and efficiency were also appreciated, with a manager even following up on the first job to ensure satisfaction.
Lorena and Belkis have been praised multiple times for their thorough and detail-oriented cleaning. They consistently leave homes spotless and bring everything back to life, showing kindness and professionalism. Customers feel confident in their ability to handle overwhelming or messy spaces effectively.
The company also excels in repairs, as shown when they fixed wood rot in cedar trim along a roofline. The team replaced the rotted wood with PVC trim, completing the work in a day and a half. They carefully avoided damaging soffits and shingles, and finished the new pieces neatly with proper caulking. Even with the challenge of working at the top of a two-storey house and building a 30-foot scaffold, the GTS crew completed the job to the customer’s satisfaction, demonstrating their skill and dedication.
I had a tenant who smoked for 2 years and the smell was still lingering. They came in and painted, cleaned the entire condo and the duct areas. Smoke smell is tough to get rid of so make sure you call them first as they are fast and efficient and will get rid of the odors. Now I can breathe fresh air again!!
I had great customer service from the moment I first called. I wanted deep cleaning, and a manager came to access my requests and write a quote. Edwardo and Elizabeth were the team who cleaned at my house and did a tremendous job. My fixtures, windows, and everything in between are sparking. I highly recommend this company.
I love how they have a tour of the apartment and then provides a detailed estimate of what is going to be done. Dinmar and her team are very professional, would def recommend to anyone that’s looking to have their places turnovered.
