My experience with computer repair here was very positive. Martin took care to find the right parts and build a machine. With my old hard drive that actually worked better. It took several visits, but he was persistent until the job was done. As a non-geek it was a relief to have someone whom I could trust. I am giving this shop a five star rating and I would use their services again.
I took my non-working CPU in on a Friday and Martin troubleshot and attempted repairs to discover a dead motherboard by the following Tuesday. Repair wasn’t financially feasible, and after learning of my machine needs, Martin offered a very economical, refurbished replacement. He also transferred the data from my old machine’s hard drive. The total cost was much less than I expected. The replacement machine is is working perfectly.
Martin was very helpful. Bought a brand new computer and he recovered the data from my old computer that quit working. Only thing I wish I knew about ahead of time was what the cost was. But it wasn’t too bad he did great work!
