We used Gainesville CarpetsPlus for two different jobs at our house. Our salesman (Matt) was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Our first installer (Cesar and crew) did a great job. Our second installer (Glenn) was amazing! He was punctual, polite and is an expert on floor installation. We would highly recommend the company, salesman and installers!
Gainesville Carpet Plus (Ed) and floor installer (Glenn) really came through for us! We are extremely pleased. Ed took a great deal of care in helping us pick the right product and staying in contact throughout the install and beyond. Glenn the installer is a craftsman. He takes tremendous pride in doing the job correctly from floor prep to alignment of every angle and corner. Our floors are beautiful!
We just had all of our carpeting replaced by this company and are 100% happy with the results. There are so many reasons to use this company for your flooring projects but, to us, the most important reason is the PEOPLE.
1. Leroy (Sales, Project Coordinator, Final Walkthrough): oustanding product knowledge, vast experience, great listener, and all of his suggestions and recommendations were exact what we needed. Very professional, friendly, and so easy to work with.
