These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help save Christmas after my son’s PS5 stopped working. They are very polite, Very knowledgeable and they did a very kind gesture. Big shout out to Keenen! I brought my relatively new iPad in today because the power button wasn’t working. It was stuck and wouldn’t move at all. I inherited it from my deceased father-law and I have no idea what he did to cause the button to be stuck. Keenan took it in back, cleaned around the button and somehow got it working again! Best of all, he didn’t charge me anything! Thank you, Keenan! I will definitely go back to The Gadget Guys next time I have an issue with a phone or tablet.
