I have now taken away a star and I might remove more because of a bad experience with one of their departments promising something and then taking away what they promised. I was giving them more credit than they deserved anyway because a different department killed my yard one year. The household pest department has been pretty good. I have dealt with several of their departments but one of them was malicious to me recently and so was the phone support. The department that was rude didn't complete what they were supposed to do either. They could have.

We are so appreciative of the professionalism and skill from everyone we've encountered at Florida Pest Control. We had a yard infested with ants. One call to FPC and a few days later, it was all fixed! I would highly recommend contacting them with pest control needs.
