Darrell McMahan and Kathy (that’s with a ‘K’) are out here doing the absolute most. In going out of their way to help me nail down my appointment and set up the account, they almost certainly saved me from a life a crime. I had considered burning the house to the ground to eliminate bug problem, but Kathy and Darrell stepped-in and assured me there was a better way. Together, they saved a house and my sanity. 10/10
