I went to Eyeglass Express to get my glasses repaired after one of the nose pads fell off and a small screw needed to be replaced. The staff member — possibly the owner, a kind lady — helped me fix it. When I offered to pay, she smiled, told me it was okay, and wished me happy holidays. I also took some time to browse the shop and noticed they carry many good-quality, well-known brands. It was such a warm experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
My glasses were in bad shape; I needed a new pair before I left for a cruise. The staff was very friendly and worked with me to get them before I left. Thank you all and especially Mindy!
A comfortable and smooth experience every time. The longest I’ve waited for an eye exam here was probably 5 minutes before an appointment, plus they’re open Saturdays so I don’t have to take off work. I do wish they took insurance but they do offer 0% financing with carecredit and an itemized invoice you can send for reimbursement to your vision insurance. Dr Charlene is personable, meticulous, yet works quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the prescriptions she has written for me and very happy overall with my experience here.
