My experience with Amy Cole of exit realty producers, Over several years, has been an above and beyond experience.
I am the owner of a rental unit And I have contracted exit realty (the standard management fee) to manage my Income property. Amy Cole is my contact person and has handled everything smoothly. And to my surprise has been an advocate for not only me as the owner, but also acted in fairness to the tenant.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home with Exit realty. Debra was an excellent realtor and made the first time home buying process stress-free and a lot of fun. I was inspired recently to write a review for Exit Realty Producers due to conflicts in my community with another realty agency in Gainesville (Bosshardt). I live in a community that is managed by Bosshardt, but my landlord rents their unit through Exit Realty. Exit Realty has always been a very pleasant company to work with if I have ever had any issues at all. Very prompt, understanding, reasonable, and respectful of my opinions and needs as a tenant. This is in stark contrast to the company that manages the community property. I just wanted to personally give a shout-out to Exit Realty and to tell them to keep doing what they are doing, they are a GREAT company!
