My wife and I recently purchased our first home with Exit realty. Debra was an excellent realtor and made the first time home buying process stress-free and a lot of fun. From the day we found our dream home to the day of closing, Debra was polite and very responsive with all the questions we had. I was inspired recently to write a review for Exit Realty Producers due to conflicts in my community with another realty agency in Gainesville (Bosshardt). I live in a community that is managed by Bosshardt, but my landlord rents their unit through Exit Realty. Exit Realty has always been a very pleasant company to work with if I have ever had any issues at all. Very prompt, understanding, reasonable, and respectful of my opinions and needs as a tenant. This is in stark contrast to the company that manages the community property. I just wanted to personally give a shout-out to Exit Realty and to tell them to keep doing what they are doing, they are a GREAT company!

I have been very impressed with Exit Realty. In helping my son rent a place, they were efficient,very fast, and extremely respectful. The process went much more smoothly and faster than anticipated. Thanks to Amy, Mary, and Debra my son was able to get into a decent rental much more quickly than expected.
