Rudest office staff ever! I needed to wait until December to have an eye surgery because December would be the only time I could take off work and the only time I could have a family member come to Florida to be with me after the surgery. What does the DR do because I need to wait a few months? Sends me a nasty letter informing me I am no longer a patient and requesting that I don't call or come by the office. REALLY? The last time I was in the office everything was 100% fine .... now this? I wouldn't trust a doctor who's office staff are such HORRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS. OH AND BTW THIS DR HAS BEEN IN THE NEWS BEFORE WHEN HIS OWN OFFICE STAFF REPORTED HIM FOR FRAUDULENT BILLING...read full review

Wonderful doctor. I'm so surprised by the negative reviews I'm reading but it sounds like a lot of people who cancel surgery last minute and are surprised their deposit is kept. That's how that works! And if the schedule is behind, that shows he is thorough! Do you want him rushing surgery on your eye? I think not.Also the extra tests he performs that insurance doesn't covered helped diagnose my eye better. It's my vision and completely worth paying for. He is a expert in his field, I don't expect Groupon prices for fantastic results.Do your research but also understand you're taking a physician's time so you will have to pay for that.
