He examined the airflow, insulation levels, and the operation of our heating and cooling systems. Robert described how radiant barriers lower moisture accumulation and increase energy efficiency. In order to prevent black mold from growing, he also suggested mold inspection and recognized early mold symptoms. His mold removal expertise and attention to detail were amazing. The chimney was inspected and fixed, the roof was inspected and fixed, and the insulation upgrade was completed without any problems. The staff was informed and courteous the entire time.
