Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I was seen within 48 hours. I was then able to have an upper GI procedure done within three days of the visit. Everyone was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. We chose to go outside of our insurance and pay more simply to be seen faster, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.
I just want to say I've always had excellent care, and treated with uttermost respect. This is my third time and again they went in my opinion above and beyond, starting from the friendly, polite, efficient check in with Mose. Then to my excellent nurse Erica, who made sure I understood the procedure, and that I was comfortable and all my needs were met. Then doctor Sinisky came in to make sure I was comfortable and again went over and made sure I understood everything.
