Went for a first-visit exam, big cavity in my molar, was worried and prepared for being told I'd need a root canal. No big deal, maybe I could get the tooth saved instead of pulled?All staff there were nice, friendly, and I was informed first-thing that they don't have a dentist on-site, just technicians and hygienists, and that they provide only X-rays and cleanings for their available services. Their dentist (doctor) would review my X-rays and would advise on next-steps via video chat. Seemed fine, maybe that's just normal for some places?The technician was very nice while completing the X-rays, which were rushed and resulted in some discomfort, but nothing too crazy....read full review
I am a first-time patient of Coast Dental, I moved here from a different state, and after using one dentist's office my entire life I found myself needing a general cleaning. I live about 30 minutes away from this office but, scheduled my appointments at this location due to the office in my city being booked up for many months in advance. The first exam will just be a general exam and x-rays, so if you are a first-time patient like myself be prepared to come back another day for the cleaning.My first appointment went somewhat smoothly, the hygienist and dental assistant were both very nice and tried their best to keep everything running smoothly as there was no doctor...read full review
I went to Coastal for the first time ever and they are super nice people. They made sure it was safe for me to do any x rays, since I am currently pregnant. They speak Spanish too, so if English isn’t your preferred language they got you. They took care of me very well and work with me, and showed me that I was elegible for a payment plan which is so much easier for me. But definitely recommend ?
