My sister bought me a sports pedicure and an 80-minute massage for my birthday at Cloud 9. Both services were awesome! Karen made my so much better, and made an effort to get to know me. We connected on a few different things both being from the Tallahassee area! I'll definitely be back to cloud 9!

The atmosphere was very relaxing. The right amount of aromatherapy and perfect lighting. As a plus I felt safe with all of the precautions taking for Covid 19. And finally Karen was amazing, she gave a perfect pedicure. I felt completely relaxed and pampered.

I have been a frequent customer of Cloud 9 through out the years and every experience/service has been stellar!! My favorite services are their massages and they are the best in town (and out of town that I have experienced) by far!! At my last service, they took every precaution to keep myself and their staff safe. They implemented extra protocols that eased my mind about having a massage and I noticed the extra care they put into taking care of their customers during this covid crisis. I appreciate you guys and thank you for always giving me a 10/10 service and for going the extra mile to ensure safety and cleanliness!!
