I hired Kyle Cheshire to completely gut a church and convert it to a dental office. He basically reconstructed the entire building from concrete block inside and out. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure that every step of the way was done correctly and made sense. He constantly corrected the Architect and interior designer and at times I wondered why I even hired the other people. Kyle is a wealth of knowledge and works tirelessly to ensure his projects are not only done correctly but also esthetically and functionally pleasing. I told Kyle this at the completion of our engagement...if I could give him 10 stars in a review I happily would! What an amazing partnership I had with Kyle and Cheshire Construction & Development for the better part of 6 months after I purchased a 50-year old commercial property that required a lot of renovation.
