We’ve used Charles Berg for all of our HVAC needs since 2019 and have only ever been impressed with the amazing quality of their work, responsiveness, friendliness, and attention to detail. From simple maintenance to an entire replacement of our HVAC system, we’ve been so happy with our decision to trust Charles Berg. Excellent..from initial phone call to completion of service..maybe 2 hours. Pedro did diagnosis, replaced 2 capacitors, checked everything, and job done.
Granted, I only live maybe 5 miles from their shop, so travel time was short, but the lady that took my initial call said she would call me when she had a tech available. Maybe 30..45 minutes she called back.
Tip...turn thermostat off, wait a minute, and turn back on. My ac was working before Pedro arrived. But he recommended replacing the 2 capacitors because the old ones (1993) had corrosion.

I’ve had two techs and the third all working to fix ac problem. . Pedro , Josh. And now very attentive Jay. Working very hard in yucky heat conditions Jay is really staying on to really solve this issue! I’m impressed !
