We had a technically challenging project replacing a hardwood floor that had sustained water damage. Seth, our sales consultant, spent a great deal of time researching reasonable flooring options and was able to find one that matched our flooring nicely. Most importantly, the team that came in to do the installation have to be regarded as the Michaelangelo or flooring replacement professionals. They were incredible. Prompt, courteous, and talented. No collateral damage to any of the woodwork or fixtures. A perfect job! I would heartily recommend Carpet One, Seth and Joshua as the trifecta of folks one would turn to for flooring needs.

I recently had a wonderful experience working with Seth purchasing new carpet and having it installed in my home. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from selecting the carpet to the final installation.
The selection at the store was impressive. Seth was very knowledgable and listened to my needs and concerns.
