This company is top notch in so many ways! Great communications, great service, great everything! David came to fix our washer. He methodically figured out what the problem was and fixed it! I couldn't ask for more!!! He was genuinely friendly and very professional at the same time. A great experience in every respect!
David Burton was very friendly and extremely professional. He actually showed up on the day and time as scheduled and called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way: for both visits! The built-in microwave of our oven combo unit wasn't working. A malfunctioning sensor thought the door was open when closed. We had two different repair services look at it since last June (not counting the companies we called who never called back or showed up when they were supposed to). We were told everything from "the part is on back-order" to "they don't make that part and the entire unit will have to be replaced," David recognized what kind of unit we had while walking across the kitchen, had it diagnosed and repaired in an hour. He had parts in his van (a second fuse the first two companies missed) and the unit was back up and running fine. The only part he had to order was new door springs which weren't preventing the unit from working, but made operating it much better. He told us how long it would take and that's how long it took! After such terrible service over the past year, we were completely blown away by Burton's Appliance Service. We highly recommend them!
