I've used Bosshardt Title for 4 transactions as buyer and seller. Each transaction has been easy yet rigorous. Kim and team notified me of a few missing documents ahead of the closing dates that allowed me to ensure that the actual days of closing were uneventful. I wouldn't use any other title company in Gainesville.
The staff at Bosshardt were able to complete a closing on a property within a week of when the seller received our offer. Amazing! All documents were signed digitally via email except for one document that had to be notarized at the bank, which was a short walk across the street from Bosshardt.
