My experience as a fairly new patient was great. The receptionist Erica, assistant office manager Brianna, and my hygienist Mina provided excellent customer service. The office manager Carlos assisted me during my appointment on last week and he also provided excellent customer service. My hygienist Mina went above and beyond by calling me yesterday on my way to my 11:00 appointment with her. I was running about 15 minutes late for my appointment. When Mina called she was very polite, and expressed concern to make sure everything was okay and asked if I was still available for my appointment. I had a wonderful experience here today. I’m usually apprehensive about going to the dentist, but they made me feel right at home. Alicia was especially helpful. She let me know what kind of procedures I would have done and kept me informed every step of the way. Her level of professionalism was particularly impressive. She is a true asset to your office and the patients that you attend to. In fact, I think she deserves a raise! Have a nice day!

As someone who was terrified of dentists, this place changed me. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment and feel genuinely happier about my smile. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted for a price that, while reasonable, still hurt my pocket. I got financed through them and now it seems a lot more manageable. I was given a treatment plan, full instruction on cleaning and caring, as well as all the supplies I needed to do it. Again, as someone who actively avoided dentists, this place has been a great experience.I need to add as well, Jonathan made the entire experience extremely comfortable.
