After our cat showed an unusual interest in a closet, we found that we had a mouse which ran and hid. Turned out we had both mice and rats. Arrow employee Justin came, agreed we had a problem. Trapper John and Anthony placed bait and traps, catching examples of both. We had bait boxes placed around the perimeter of our house. Each Arrow employee acted as if our problem was most important to them. All were courteous and personable. Trapper John traps.

We have had a great experience so far. The service members who have come to our house have been kind, courteous, professional, and thorough. Marty did a great job with the inspection and was very kind to my four year old and let her tag along looking for bugs :-). Dillon did a great job spraying and we have had significant improvement since he came. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I really appreciate Cagney as a professional, and he's also a very nice guy! Having a genuine, honest, thorough, and kind service technician makes a difference. Cagney always addresses our acute needs in addition to the typical quarterly treatment, answers all questions, and provides solutions.
