Gentleman came out around 8/28/21 and did a repair of my pool. He said he would come back Monday for a cleaning service which I asked him to perform a standard vacuum cleaning of the pool. He never showed up. I texted and called him and no response. I called Wednesday Thursday and Friday and no response. I tried texting and voicemails and he still doesn’t return any communication. I have one last try today a week and a half later and got voicemail. I would NOT recommend this service for anyone because of the lack of communication and customer service. I've been needing to have my pool cleaned for 2 a half years, I mean it looked like a pond it even had frogs. I got to looking online and found aqua Caribbean swimming pool service so I gave them a call made an appt. Thomas the owner of aqua Caribbean showed up on time <------ key. He got to straight to work 5 hours later the pool was empty ,clean and being refilled. An ending result of his work is I can finally go swimming but it's winter so he will be the pool guy from now on. Very professional polite great rates.
My pool has never looked so inviting. I'm very pleased with the job Thomas has done with getting my green pool crystal clear. Very pleased to have found such a professional and courteous pool company and plan to have him around for years to come.
