He was sent by God; I kid you not. I started out by calling several contractors I will not give them any advertisement because they do not deserve any, their prices ranged from 45K-60k. When I received the 60k price I took that as you really don’t want the job. I said to that company, “I know I could get a whole new bathroom added to the house for this price.” The guy said yes you probably could.
