Couldn’t be happier with the emergency road service provided by Brandon at Affordable Truck and Trailer Service. We had a front tire blowout on our Class C 31ft Motorhome on Interstate 75. Brandon had us fixed and back on the road in no time. He was very professional and provided super great customer service. Thank you again Brandon !!!
This is a superior company! We werr coming back from a trip and got stranded in a rest area in our motorhome. After trouble with our roadside service, we saw Brandon from Affordable helping another driver. Brandon said he wpuld come when he was done. He called his boss, Andrew who came out immediately. They found it to be the starter. They tried everything to find the part. Finally, we had to have it shipped in from Tennessee. Andrew had Brandon stay at the delivery point all the next day waiting for the part which actually was delayed due to an accident. Andrew stayed in touch with us all day. The part finally arrived at 4 pm. Brandon picied it up, drove 1 hour to get back to us and put it in....in the dark. We were able to get home that night. And their price....more than fair. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
