I put in an order for my car to be towed at 10 AM on Labor Day and now it's 6 PM right now and they have not brought me my car and the driver did not even show up to pick it up no communication! no one called ! I keep calling the company back the back no 1 is picking up ! Finally someone picked up and said sorry ........ very unacceptable!!! bad service and communication!
The driver went above and beyond today! I can’t say THANK YOU enough! I was towed to pep boys but they were backed up and couldn’t help me. The driver made sure my tire was changed and safe to get me home.
