I've used this great company on 3 of my properties- they are prompt, great follow up, professional and fairly priced. Today I had technician Jose come and replaced my burned compressor. Jose took great care of making sure all was done properly. He showed up on-time, was professional and very knowledgable. Highly recommended!

We arrived home about 7:30 p.m. last night to find out our A/C wasn't working. We have a maintenance contract with Myakka H&C contacted them. Steve the owner called us back within minutes and said he would be right out, fixed the air conditionerand contacted us in the morning to make sure everything was still working Good. The owner came out today to check out and clean the A/C unit. I also had him address my concerns about how hot the rooms in the back of the Villa are. He adjusted all of the vents to redirect more airflow to the back bedroom and bathroom. Very personable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
